Rubio inspects P28.7M misdeclared refined sugar in Subic

BOC Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio, along with other customs officials, conducted an inspection of the seized misdeclared sugar products from Vietnam that is valued at approximately P28,728,000.00 at the Port of Subic on Thursday.
